• Booking details: session date, location, the package you choose and any notes you share about the shoot.

We use this information to reply to enquiries, confirm and manage bookings, deliver finished photographs and keep basic records of past sessions.

Our lawful basis

We process booking and contact details to perform our contract with you, or, before a booking is confirmed, to take steps you request before entering into one.

We process photographs taken during a session on the same contractual basis, to deliver the service you booked. Where we would like to use a photograph in the studio's own portfolio or marketing, we ask for your separate consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.

How long we keep it

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the studio, such as email hosting and online gallery delivery, and only to the extent they need it to provide that service. Photographs of you

Photographs from your session are used to deliver your gallery. We only use them in our portfolio, on our website or on social media if you have separately agreed to that, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
