Terms and Conditions
Bookings and deposits
A booking is confirmed once a deposit of [DEPOSIT %] of the total session fee has been paid. Any remaining balance is due before your finished gallery is delivered.
Cancellations and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your session free of charge with at least [CANCELLATION WINDOW] notice. Cancellations made after that point may be subject to [CANCELLATION FEE].
We reserve the right to reschedule a session in cases of illness, equipment failure, or, for outdoor sessions, unsafe weather. We will offer the next available date at no extra cost.
Delivery of galleries
Finished, edited galleries are delivered within [GALLERY DELIVERY TIME] of the session date. We will let you know if a particular booking needs longer.
Image usage and copyright
Kezi Frames holds copyright in every photograph we take. Booking a session grants you a personal usage licence: you may download, print and share your photographs for personal, non-commercial use.
Commercial use, resale or use in advertising requires a separate written licence from Kezi Frames.
Photographs may not be edited, filtered or have our watermark removed in a way that misrepresents the studio's work.
Use of images in our portfolio
We may use photographs from your session in the studio's own portfolio, website and social media, unless you tell us in writing that you would prefer we don't. For larger commercial or editorial use, we will ask you to sign a separate model release.
Liability
Our liability for any claim relating to a session is limited to the fee you paid for that session. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
If a technical failure means images from a session are lost, our liability is limited to a full refund of the fee paid or a complimentary reshoot where reasonably possible, at our discretion.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Finnish courts.
